Ordering & payment
Why is there no checkout?
Shipping costs and delivery times vary a lot by country, so instead of an automated checkout you send us an order request. Within 24 hours we email you one clear total, including shipping, and a payment link. You only pay if you are happy with it.
How do I pay? Is it secure?
We send a PayPal or Wise invoice by email. You pay on PayPal or Wise's own secure website, so we never see your card details. PayPal or Wise also offer their own buyer protection.
Does sending an order request commit me to buy?
No. An order request is not a contract. Your order is only confirmed when you pay the invoice we send you.
Can I change my request after sending it?
Of course. Just reply to our quote email with the changes and we will send an updated total.
Products & sizing
What is the difference between human hair and synthetic wigs?
Human hair wigs look and move most naturally, can be heat-styled and coloured, and last 12 months or more. Synthetic wigs are lighter, more affordable and hold their style after washing, lasting around 4–6 months. Blends sit in between.
Which cap size do I need?
Most people wear Average. Measure around your head from the front hairline, behind the ears to the nape and back. See our size guide for the full chart, or add your measurements to your order notes and we will advise.
Are your wigs suitable for medical hair loss?
Yes. Styles marked medical-friendly have soft linings and breathable caps, and many have monofilament tops that look natural with no hair underneath. We are happy to help you choose privately by email.
Will the colour look exactly like the photo?
Screens vary, so colours may look slightly different. If you are unsure, ask for extra photos in natural light before you pay. We are happy to send them.
Shipping & returns
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from Vietnam with tracked couriers. Most orders arrive in 5–12 business days after dispatch.
Will I pay customs or import tax?
Possibly. Import duties and taxes are set by your country and are paid to the courier on delivery. They are not included in our quote.
What is your returns policy?
You can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery, with the lace uncut and in the original packaging. Faulty items are always replaced or refunded.
