2. How ordering works

  1. Sending an order request through this website is an invitation to quote. It does not create a contract and does not commit you to buy.
  2. We reply by email with a quote showing the item prices, international shipping and the total in US dollars, together with a PayPal or Wise invoice.
  3. A contract is formed only when you pay that invoice in full. We then confirm your order by email.
  4. Quotes are valid for 7 days. We may decline a request, for example if an item is unavailable.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices shown on the website exclude shipping.
  • Import duties, VAT/GST and customs fees in your country are not included and are your responsibility.
  • Payment is made through PayPal or Wise. Their terms also apply to your payment.
  • If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will tell you before you pay and you may cancel.

4. Delivery

Delivery times on our shipping page are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct; we are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.

5. Returns and cancellations

Our returns policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.

6. Product information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Natural hair can vary slightly in shade and texture from batch to batch, and colours may look different on different screens.

7. Liability

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
