How it works
- You send an order request. We reply within 24 hours with your total, including shipping.
- After payment, in-stock items are quality-checked and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
- You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties, VAT or GST by your country's customs office. These charges are not included in our quote and are paid to the courier on delivery. We always declare the true value of your order, as required by law. If you would like an estimate for your country, just ask in your order notes.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in a plain outer box with no reference to wigs or hair on the label.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your parcel is late, contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier straight away.
