Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what we need to quote, sell and deliver your order:

• Order request form: your name, email address, phone number, country, shipping address, any notes you write, and the items you selected.
• Emails you send us: the content of your messages and any photos or measurements you share.
• Payments: handled entirely by PayPal and Wise. We receive confirmation that you paid, not your card or bank details.

Your notes may include health information (for example, that you are experiencing hair loss). We only use this to help you choose a suitable product, and only because you chose to share it with us.

What we do not collect

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. The items you add to your order request are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) until you send the form or clear them.

Why we use your data (legal bases)

• To quote and fulfil your order: necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To answer your questions: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Health information you volunteer: your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Accounting and tax records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

We never sell your data and never use it for marketing unless you separately ask to hear from us.

Who we share it with

• Formspree, Inc. (USA), which receives the order request form and forwards it to us by email.
• PayPal and Wise, to send your invoice and process payment.
• Couriers (for example DHL, FedEx, UPS or Vietnam Post), who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel and handle customs.
• Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this website and may process technical data such as IP addresses for security.

International transfers

We are based in Vietnam, and some of our service providers are in the United States. Where data leaves the EEA or UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards offered by these providers.

How long we keep it

• Order requests that do not become orders: up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Completed orders and invoices: as long as tax law requires (normally up to 10 years in Vietnam).
• Emails: up to 2 years after your last contact.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@luxemane.exampleand we will respond within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (for example, the ICO in the UK or your EU supervisory authority).

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to order emails is limited to the people who process your order.
