Size guide
Three quick measurements are all you need for a secure, comfortable fit.
About 80% of people wear an Average cap. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size and use the adjustable straps, or tell us your measurements in the order notes and we will advise.

How to measure your head
Use a soft tape measure. Flatten your hair as much as possible, or measure over a wig cap.
- Circumference: start at your front hairline, go behind the ear, around the nape of the neck and back to the start.
- Front to nape: from your front hairline, over the top of your head, to the nape of your neck.
- Ear to ear: from the top of one ear, over the top of your head, to the top of the other ear.
Experiencing hair loss? Measure with little or no hair for the most accurate fit, since your size may be smaller than before.
